My review is in relation to Ezzari Mosaic Tiles and is to warn people considering this product that the colour variation between samples in the showroom and the supplied tiles can be quite extreme.
I had a very disappointing experience in choosing this product for my pool refurbishment. I chose the colour ‘Niebla 2521-b’ and ended up with tiles close in colour to the cheaper ‘Baby Blue’ tiles. Please refer to the photos.
Although Europe Imports didn’t warn me before purchase that this colour variation was to be expected they have been responsive in following up with me and refunding the difference between the cost of Niebla 2521b and Baby Blue tiles. They have also confirmed that this type of variation is quite normal and assured me that they will routinely make customers aware of this.
It’s too late for my pool and I would never have chosen this product if I had realised the potential colour variation but I hope that my review can avoid disappointment for somebody else.
Replacing a pool liner and needing a matching tile, I was faced with a difficult decision and needed to see the tile samples and liner swatches side by side and try to imagine them in the pool!
The drive to Europe imports was well worth it.
I was greeted by Holly who called on Analisa and they collaborated to provide me with a few options.
In the end (it was a “Team” decision), we went with a green tinted liner and a deep green waterline tile which looked perfect together.
They encouraged me to take my time, came outside into the parking lot with liner and tile to see them in the sunshine and could not have been more helpful.

Great customer service. They've got a beautiful range of natural stone and porcelain surrounds to choose from. They've also got a great set up allowing you to lay different pool mosaic choices against the pool surround tiles in natural light. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Well worth the trip out to the showroom.

I've just been in contact with this company to help me with advice on touch up grout for mosaic pool tiles I purchased through them years ago. The Ezzari tiles are still fantastic but as we had the bullnose paving around our pool taken up and re-glued it impacted the top level of grout around the waterline mosaic tiles. I have to say Anna-Lisa has been absolutely fantastic and went way above and beyond what I expected to assist and help provide a solution for me. If only other companies could be as good with their customer service! Thank you.
Ben Bishop provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable in his advice. Not only was he patient and obliging, he had great follow-up. The showroom is also well set out which really helped us make our choices.

Peter and his team at Europe Imports provide excellent service and have a beautiful range of tiles of outstanding quality. We had a great experience at the showroom. Staff were friendly and made it easy to pick our tiles for our pool. We were in and out within 30 mins while the kids were happy playing in the kid's corner. Happily recommend Europe Imports.
We had the pleasure of meeting Peter through our Landscape Designer, Gavin Carl of EcoDesign. Peter and staff were extremely friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all things tiles.
During the selection process we liked the look of two mosaic tiles for our pool. Peter went beyond our expectations and allowed us to come up with a new mosaic selection combining the two. Adding to this we were thrilled to hear we could give this new tile combination a name. So now the product name "Sardinia" is in their inventory. The colour is reminiscent of the Sardinian beaches located in the Mediterranean sea, a region where both my parents were born.
We highly recommend Europe Imports, thank you Peter and Paula, our pool is superb thanks to you guys.
